BAOBAB & MORINGA SMOOTHIES
Sunday, December 11, 2016
Hello lovelies,
as you all may know, I am addicted to smoothies.
I make them regularly, and I really like to experiment with different ingredients all the time.
I discovered some new brands that I really want to share with you as I am in love with the variations of smoothies I can make now.
It is about the brand Aduna.
Skincare & make up update
Monday, December 5, 2016
Hello lovelies,
this blog post is dedicated to some of my favourite skincare
products as well as foundations and concealers. Some of them, I have been using
for ages, and some of them are pretty much new in my routine.
I have always had such a roller coaster journey when it comes to my
skin, and I still have troubles with taking care of it. My skin is ( as I like
to say) the worst type of them all. It is combination to oily, plus, it is
hypersensitive. When you have combination/oily skin, you use strong products,
to maintain your sebum production, and keep your skin looking healthy, but at the same time, get rid of the ugly shine, because of the
overproduction of sebum. If you want to make sure that your skin does not break
out (because of the overproduction of the sebum) you also want to make sure
that is stays hydrated, and your skin should not be over dried by the harsh
ingredients. On the top of everything, if your skin reacts to everything, it
makes it super hard not to get breakouts. When I say everything, I mean
everything. Even to the air you breathe, and the dust in the house. That is why
I am obsessed with cleaning and making sure that everything is always so sanitized.
I am taking care of my skin as much as possible, and I do not skip
my routine ever. If I am travelling and I have to skip my routine, my skin will
get bumpy and red all over the face. So, I pay attention to the cleansing the
most. I use drugstore make up, almost everything I use is drugstore, but when
it comes to skincare, I do not regret my money. I would spend a fortune on the
skincare, as no foundation can replace healthy looking skin.
So, I always use Micellar Water to remove my make up. First, I take
of the fake lashes, and liquid lipsticks with amazing Garnier oily make up
remover. It takes off the long lasting and stubborn lipsticks. For my skin on
the rest of the face, I use Bioderma one, because it is perfect for my
sensitive skin. I never react to it. After I cleanse my face with Micellar
Waters, I wash it ( sometimes I do double washing) with the Murad Soothing Gel
Cleanser. It is wonderful for my sensitive skin. I never feel discomfort or
tightness after washing my face. After cleansing it with water, I spritz a
little bit of the Murad Hydrating Toner.
