NUTRA EFFECTS BODY LOTIONS
Wednesday, September 7, 2016
Hello lovelies,
in this post I want to present you some of the brand new products by Avon. They have launched Nutra Effects body products.
If you have used their Nutra Effects face creams or BB creams, I am sure you will love these products as well.
There are two products in this range and I am really loving both of them.
Nutra Effects range is well known for its active seed complex, and they are super nourishing for dry and sensitive skin.
The two of the products in this range are:
- Intensive repair (with flax and marula seed) restoring body lotion
- Ultimate moisture (with chia seed) daily body lotion
The first one is for very dry skin, and the second one is for normal to dry skin.
My skin is not dry by any means, so I prefer the second one. I have oily skin on my face, and my body is normal to dry. But rarely dry.
If you have very dry skin, the intensive repair one will be perfect choice.
These lotions come in a very lovely packaging! I am a big sucker for a nice packaging and design, so I loved them at first because of the packaging.
They smell really fresh, not too strong. If you used their face creams, from the same range, you will definitely love the smell of these lotions as well.
I never use body lotions, only body oils in spray. My skin do not like rich body lotions, it does not absorb it very quickly, and every lotion I have tried, clogged my pores on the skin, and it became allergic to it, even after the first use. So, I found out some nourishing oils, and ever since, I spray a little bit of it on my skin, and that's it. But after I tried these ones, they felt light, and my skin absorbed them really quickly. I prefer the one for normal skin.
- 250ml
- suitable for sensitive skin
- hypoallergenic
- allergy tested
- paraben and dyes free

BUCKWHEAT BREAD
Friday, September 2, 2016
Hello lovelies,
here's another recipe I decided to share with you.
I am not a massive fan of bread, nor do I eat it regularly. I try to avoid it as much as possible, unless I bake it myself. Then, I'm 100% sure what goes in my belly. I only bake healthy versions of pancakes and bread, and I love the taste of it!
This recipe is easy and quick to make.
I baked it in a mini loaf pan, and I prefer it that way. Because I do not eat bread a lot, I do not want to bake big bread, waste the ingredients, and then throw the half of it away.
This way, the bread is gone within a day or two (if you share it with others it will definitely be gone within a day)
I have found some healthy ingredients and I will not change the recipe until I discover something new and healthy as well. I like it this way, and I hope that you will try this recipe as well :)
You will need:
- Bio baking powder (gluten free, vegan)
- 100-200 ml of water
- 250 grams of buckwheat flour (gluten free, wheat free)
- Handful of cranberries, goji berries and raisins
- Half a teaspoon of sea salt
- A teaspoon of honey
- A teaspoon of coconut oil
- One egg
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix the liquid ingredients in the separate bowl and slowly add the liquid mixture into the dry one. Mix all together so you get nice blended mixture. Spray your mini loaf pan with coconut oil and bake it at 250C for 30 minutes.
You can eat it with your favourite jam, or with melted chocolate on top. It tastes amazing.
