Saturday walk/Simple/Elegant

Sunday, May 25, 2014

Hello lovelies,
here's a post with yesterday's outfit. Simple, yet elegant, which I always tend to look like when I'm in a rush and don't have enough time to prepare all the details for the outfit. I choose what I feel most comfortable in, when I'm in such situations. In this case it's a pepito pencil skirt, velvet top and stilettos. My hair was just washed and naturally dried. I will have it cut because It's so long now, and summer is so close. Every summer I tend to do extreme haircut, because my hair is so heavy and long and curly and thick, and hard to take care of. As a perfectionist, I like it to look clean and polished all the time, and it's tough, I'm telling you. With hair like mine, you need to spend about one hour of polishing it, each time you wash it.
So, here are the pictures ;)

Necklace- Lindex
Skirt- Zara
Top and heels- H&M

                                                                                        Hugs and kisses

  2. I feel like I keep saying it all the time but I really love it when women dress up in an elegant way like you did in those pics. Elegant styling intensify the femininity in every woman. I also liked that you kept in simple, didn't overload with too many accessories but only a bold necklace with a statement!
I noticed your skin is so lovely in the last pic! really smooth and glowing, even though you write a lot about your skincare products I can't stop wondering how do you make your skin look like this :P
My hair is also very long and thick, but I just can't cut it up to a short length... my face it way too rounded and will look even more rounded if I'd do that :(

    1. Reut, you always write such a great comments :) You notice every little detail, and I like that :D
Well, I have made a lot of posts with all of my skincare products, I'm sure you saw them, and you saw that I have combination sensitive skin, which is tough, because you have to treat each part of the skin differently. For example, I have to keep my undereye area super hydrated and cheeks as well, while my t-zone has to be matified, as it's oily, so I have to take care when I wash my face, to use gentle exfoliators, not all over, but on the t-zone, but as with washing you can't wash half of the face, so I gently massage on the areas where I need it, and rinse it with care. I'm perfectionist, and I really take care of my skin, and on my diet. I try to eat as healthy as possible, lots of fruit and vegetables, smoothies all the time, loads of water, not drinking alcohol,, coffee. Skin is showing from the inside as well. As I have sensitive skin, and prone to acne, if I tend to eat chocolate, and even If I use foundation which is not good for my skin. So I wash brushes every day (even after using it once). I also use masks, home made ones are the best! I recommend using egg whites on your face, it really makes your skin smooth, also mask with soda and lemon juice and a spoon of olive oil, honey mask as well, for extra hydration. I hope I helped ;)

    2. I'm glad you think so, I really find your blog very interesting!
My skin also became very sensitive lately and that's a new thing for me... it's usualy normal but my T-zone is sometimes oily but sometimes dry... it can be quite tricky :P I'll try to use some of your tips!
Taking care of my skin is also one thing I really love doing lately... about food, I can do better, but I hope I'll be able to make a change. I can't see myself living without coffee though, I just work so much, haha :$
Awesome ideas for home made masks, I'll try these as well. Thanks! :)
