Hello lovelies,

here is the recipe of the brownie I made recently. I tried to stick to the healthy version.  Brownie does not have to be problematic temptation anymore! The classic ones are almost always packed with a lot of sugar and fats. But if you are trying to maintain healthy lifestyle, try this version, and believe me, you will love it!
This recipe will totally change the way you make brownies.


  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 300 gr of dark chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp of baking soda


Preheat the oven to your maximum. Mix the avocado, coconut sugar, vanilla extract in a blender. Add this mixture to one bowl. Whisk one egg and add it to the mixture. Add coconut flour, melted dark chocolate, salt and baking soda, and stir until the mixture gets smooth.

Put the baking paper into the baking dish and grease it with coconut oil. Place it in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
