TRIPLE LAYERED CAKE

Hello lovelies,

here is the recipe of the cake I made recently.
I had these ingredients at home, so I decided to make it. I totally randomly used the ingredients. I didn't follow any recipe.

The cake is really healthy and super delicious!





Chocolate and hazelnuts go really well together, and by adding some coconut, it adds this rich and super tasty flavour.

I roasted the hazelnuts first, and my whole house smelled wonderful. When I mixed all the ingredients, I could feel that divine smell.

This cake is a sort of a cheesecake. It has these three layers, and it looks like a cheesecake, but it's totally vegan and raw.
No sugar, no diary products.

Ingredients:


  • First layer
200gr of coconut flour
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
200 ml of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of agave nectar

  • Second layer
200 gr of roasted hazelnuts' flour (I blended them in the Nutri Bullet)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of agave nectar

  • Topping
200 gr of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
50 ml of coconut milk



The recipe is actually really simple. You just mix all the ingredients, and put them layer by layer.
The last layer is made out of two melted chocolates. I mixed them with coconut oil and a little bit of coconut milk to get that creamier texture. If you like the chocolate to be a little bit harder, don't use the milk. But I like it this way.
